450 Midwood Crescent, part 2
Midwood's main server is receiving an upgrade due to lack of ability to handle the load imposed by IIS, ASP.NET, VSS, MP3/movie streaming, file serving, DVD compressing, et cetera.
This prompted the construction of a quick Excel summary of Midwood's computing power and memory resources.
I am mildly disturbed that our house contains 4700% more memory in RAM than my first computer did in hard drive space. It's also strange that although we have 8 LCD screens in the house, we have no CRTs.
